For over 20 years, Taib embarked on an enriching professional journey in Saudi Arabia. He served as a Customer Relations Leader at Zain Telecom, where he honed his interpersonal skills and developed a deep understanding of customer satisfaction. Moreover, Taib didn't let his cricketing passion dwindle during his time in the Gulf region. He actively participated in prestigious cricket leagues, leading the scoring charts for multiple seasons, further enhancing his cricketing prowess.

However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic presented Taib with a unique opportunity to combine his love for cricket and his entrepreneurial spirit. He decided to turn his passion into a reality by establishing Tabro Sports and Recreations Arena in Hyderabad. Today, it stands tall as one of the biggest and most renowned sports arenas in the city, providing a platform for athletes and enthusiasts alike, home to the biggest box cricket fields in India.
